Date: April 8–11
Booth: Hall A, 1B0
Vietnam’s textile and garment industry is currently facing a dual challenge: labor shortages and limited technical expertise. Difficulties in recruiting skilled workers, rising training costs, slow style changeovers, and production issues such as fabric curling in lightweight materials or jamming in heavy fabrics ha become real bottlenecks on the factory floor. These challenges increasingly restrict manufacturers from expanding orders and responding quickly to small-batch production demands.
Since the opening of SaigonTex – SaigonFabric 2026 at the SECC Exhibition Center in Ho Chi Minh City, SUPREME Intelligent has responded to market demand with its full-stack smart manufacturing solutions.
At Hall A – Booth 1B02, SUPREME is presenting a wide range of intelligent sewing equipment designed to address these pain points directly. The booth has attracted numerous technical managers and factory representatives from garment manufacturers, with many praising SUPREME’s integrated smart factory solutions.

The knitwear automation lineup includes:
SP-F214 Automatic Overlock Neck Binding Machine
SP-F217 Automatic Coverstitch Hemming Machine
SP-F1019 Cooling Heat Transfer Label Machine
SP-F161A Automatic Elastic Joining Machine
SP-F810-01 Fully Automatic Laser Pocket Opening Machine
1263 Double-Rib Collar Joining Machine
Designed specifically for knitwear production challenges in Vietnam, these machines feature automatic positioning, automatic correction, and automatic material collection, allowing one operator to run two machines simultaneously.
They effectively solve common issues such as uneven collars, hem curling, inaccurate label transfer, and elastic joining inefficiencies.

Key machines include:
SP-1010TD/B Fully Automatic Pocket Setter
SP-254 Double-Needle Automatic Belt Loop Attaching Machine
Focused on critical denim operations such as pockets, pocket flaps, and belt loops, these solutions feature cold folding without ironing and style change without replacing molds, significantly reducing reliance on highly skilled operators.

The SP-C608BK Template Sewing Machine and SP-C9513 Rotary Head Template Machine were showcased together.
The rotary-head model enables 360° multi-directional sewing, while RFID template recognition technology ensures accurate process identification.
With template-based programming, complex operations become standardized, reducing setup time and minimizing rework. During live demonstrations, the machines maintained consistent stitch quality even along curved sewing paths, attracting strong interest from professional visitors.
Featured machines include:
SP-H7S Double Stepper Lockstitch Machine
SP-S5F Ultra-High-Speed Stepper Overlock Machine
SP-799 High-Speed Cylinder Bed Coverstitch Machine
SP-845S Double Needle Stepper Lockstitch Machine
SP-769 Flatbed Coverstitch Machine
This series covers a full range of sewing needs from lightweight fabrics to heavy materials.
With features such as dual-knife thread trimming, smooth seam crossing without speed reduction, and clean thread cutting without secondary trimming, the machines deliver stable stitches and improved overall production efficiency.

Machines on display include:
SP-430ES Electronic Bartacking Machine
SP-1790DF Lockstitch Buttonhole Machine
These models are designed for buttonholes, button attaching, and bartacking operations, offering precise computerized control and supporting diverse garment production requirements while reducing operation time per piece.

SUPREME also presented its industrial cleaning robot, designed for garment and footwear manufacturing environments.
The robot features autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, and intelligent path planning, enabling automated floor cleaning across workshops.
This solution helps reduce manual cleaning costs while maintaining a clean, organized production environment.

From the first day of the exhibition, the SUPREME technical team has been conducting live demonstrations of multiple machines in the core area of the booth.
Local industry association representatives and officials from Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade also visited the booth to observe the equipment in operation. From automatic collar binding to hemming, curved template sewing, and laser pocket opening, the machines demonstrated smooth, efficient, and stable performance, earning high praise from visitors.

Another highlight of the booth is the Smart Warehousing & Logistics Solution Area, showcasing coordinated operations of:
Multi-layer bin robots
Narrow-aisle side forklift robots
Submersible AGV transport robots
Together, they demonstrate SUPREME’s integrated intelligent warehousing and logistics solutions.
SUPREME engineers introduced how smart sewing equipment, warehouse automation, and factory data systems can be connected to build a fully digitalized garment factory, sparking in-depth discussions with many Vietnamese enterprises.
